I did a quick scan yesterday through Bungler's posts. There were a few.

The question at the heart of the thread was does PPHM have IP coverage on all things relating to PS targeting.

The one patent you listed (7247303) is betabodies and such. The one patent North listed was Bavi and such.

I have no argument that they have this class of biologics well patented. I do seriously doubt they have all PS targeting agents patented.

If you can list a patent that claims some broader scope, I am all ears.

Not that this is a real issue. If bavi works well, then longs will do fine regardless of the scope of the IP.
