LOL!!!! here is the only positives I see. 1. He has a new register agent ( same day they went to grays) . 2. They haven't been delisted yet! It sucks, but it is what it is. No proof of any REAL BUSINESS!! No matter how people try to twist the DD it's just conjecture. Newton doesn't even have the decency to address shareholders. To me, that's inexcusable.
