Regarding obtaining the historic price per share high: I expect the price will not reach the historic high because since JB left, a few years ago, the stock become very diluted with new shares issued.

Having said that, when the company starts reporting sales and solid financial status,there may be a host of new investors arrive that do not see the dilution, but only the historic stock price, and may push the price up beyond what we may expect. This is not uncommon with "penny" stocks.

Lesson maybe to learn? If you have any faith the stock may raise to $(choose your number and do your own math), then buying stock at the current prices will allow one to recover their total investment at a much lower price. I can easily argue against this idea, but it is worth consideration.
