My theory is this and Please give me some merit ....

Management is dragging this out purposely to enact yet another RS once RS is in place news will flood the market . It's how this game works , it's just how the cookie crumbles. Float is definitely over 1 billion by now . And with no way to know what is going on behind closed doors only one option left for bagholders I mean shareholders, and we are doing it right now....

It's either all against them (management) or this will continue to happen . Period
