Private insiders paying 50% of market. They then sell to suckers who ignore QASP has done this for many years over and over. Keep the blinders on. That is what it takes to not understand this is share selling scam used by preferred shareholders. Nothing changes just billions more dumped and little to show for it. Every CEO of QASP has been one of the prefers. Donnell is setting new levels of dilution as CEO. They take turns.
