The CEO of DDCC was paying up to .0198 in his buys and he certainly knows what is coming up for the company in the rest of 2015. I can't think of anything that would give me more confidence for higher stock prices ahead than the guy with the most knowledge and info buying shares in the open market and paying the high ask prices too.
