It defies logic to imagine how SRGE could "get moving" when it does not exist in any form.
It's pretty much a zombie ticker..... it trades, but it really shouldn't. And, if it goes long enough with no trades, FINRA could delete the symbol. Wouldn't that be nice?

And, regardless of how slow things progress, the court case is still active. Of course, it and BGL are irrelevant to the vacuousness that defines what was SRGE.
