Bid BACK in the .004s, uh oh??????????????????????

0.0049 / 0.0054 (539200 x 205400)

Volume going UP on a SOLID RED BHRT day when main markets are solid GREEN???

Is this the imaginary "100 yr old Japanese IMPORT/EXPORT rubber/industrial products company" that has NOTHING TO DO WITH BRHT causing this, LOL !!!!!!!!!

Or is this the "promo" thingy happening???????? LOL !!! (WHAT IS A "PROMO"??? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? WHO does this "PROMO" and how and hwo pays for it, etc LOL??????????????)

WHY would it be dropping like this if this "JAPANESE industrial products company" supposedly (in a different suite) than Curt Kramer of Vis Vires group THE HEDGE FUND (LOL !!) did a CONVERTIBLE DEBT DEAL (ANOTHER ONE, as they've already done several, just in 2015) - if the loaned BHRT a "toxic" (floorless convertible "note") to BHRT for maybe a grand total of like $150K max? Is that what's happening, LOL ????

Vis Vires as owned by Curt Kramer w/ a grand total of 200 shares at time of incorporation in Nov 2014 (NOT 100 yrs old, LOL !!!!) - and filed as an "actual" name in the State of NY, meaning NOT a Fictitious name- which according the thee NY Secretary of State website WOULD BE REQUIRED if it was "owned or part of a FOREIGN" corporation. The name as registered in Nov 2014 says "ACTUAL" and NOT "fictitious", LOL !!

It's a company formed by Curt Kramer less than a year ago - a hedge fund lender, just like Kramer operated Asher in the past and his brother operates KBM worldwide and they are a WELL KNOWN PENNY LENDER HEDGE FUND(aka using CONVERTIBLE DEBT) and have NOTHING to do with some supposed "100 yr old Japanese industrial products IMPORT/EXPORT company", LOL !!!!!!!!!!

Makes ZERO sense IMO. TOTAL NONSENSE to me. Vis Vires is Curt Kramer of Asher "fame" and "noteriety" and NOTHING ELSE I can see or find, LOL???? Just an ole hedge lender of last resort to cash poor, cash desperate nano and micro-caps penny plays. Same old, nothing "new", LOL !!!

http://appext20.dos.ny.gov/corp_public/CORPSEARCH.ENTITY_INFORMATION?p_nameid=4662713&p_corpid=4663718&p_entity_name=vis%20vires&p_name_type=A&p_search_type=BEGINS&p_srch_results_page=0

See that name filing with NY less than a yr ago (a NEWLY FORMED TINY PRIVATE Corp, w/ only 200 shares of stock issued): "ACTUAL" not a "Fictitious" subsidiary or linked to a foreign owned Corp or whatever, LOL !!

https://searchwww.sec.gov/EDGARFSClient/jsp/EDGAR_MainAccess.jsp?search_text=%22vis+vires%22&sort=Date&startDoc=11&numResults=10&isAdv=false&formType=1&fromDate=mm/dd/yyyy&toDate=mm/dd/yyyy

That is thee SEC and Vis Vires has pages and pages and pages (166 "results" of SEC filings for "note" deals) of TOXIC CONVERTIBLE DEBT LOAN/NOTE DEALS to cash poor nano and micro caps- most trading in the "trips" aka triple ZEROES. Read um all- every "deal" Vis Vires is involved in is there - and NO, NO "100 yr old Japanese industrial company" has ANYTHING TO DO WITH ONE OF THOSE DEALS. NOT. LOL !!!!
