It is true, the implied (we really don't know if it will actually happen) audit could move the stock up however, hidden dirt, unrepoeted debt and plenty of other issues may have the reverse effect.

Given the history, I personally would NOT be in the camp to offer the benefit of doubt before the audit is completely digested.
