...company sued by former manager responsible for government sales for NON-PAYMENT
...court order to pay Trinet HR about $40,000
...company that owes, at this point, probably close to 3 MILLION dollars to COB
...company burdened with debt which is accumulating with an 18% interest rate
...company whose entire calmare inventory bound by lien in GEOMC 's possession
...company's other assets bound by lien in COB's possession
...company unlikely able to sell ANYTHING secondary to liens and ongoing lawsuits
