LOL quote, "I wonder why they bought a $500k of a broken down penny stock in the market? do you think they will sell at an all time "low" "low"? "

WHAT????? $500K ?????????? Who paid $500K for any BHRT shares????

Vis Vires typically gets 45% or MORE discount on their shares as a convertible debt hedge lender. They didn't "pay $500K for anything", LOL?????????

Vis Vires already has AT LEAST two open loan/note deals with BHRT in 2015 alone for approx $63K total.

At a share conversion of approx .005 X .55 (45% discount to Vis Vires) - the most Vis Vire would convert their shares at, is approx .005 X .55 = .00275, thee MOST they'd convert at, and possibly much lower if they hit the .004, .0045 per share days for their "LOWEST OF THE PRIOR 10 TRADING DAYS price" formula. Maybe as low as say .002 per share.

So 73 million share X approx .0025 = about a MAX of $180K Vis Vires has LOANED to BHRT in convertible debt deals, NOT $500K, LOL !!!

Vis Vires already had about $62K in 2015 loans already open- so that means they likely did a few more recent deals totaling about $180K - $63K = approx $120K to BHRT.

Big whoop, $120K on more convertible debt financing. BHRT fairly recently did over $200K in convertible debt deals with Magna, so what???? What has that amounted too- other than MASSIVE more common share dilution and some survival cash to burn up for a few more months?

Again, big whoop. This is nothing "new" or "different" as to how BHRT has been financing themselves for YEARS, clear back to at least 2010.

It's a non event IMO. Nothing but biz as usual for these guys to me.

Uh oh, SOLID RED back to .005, LOL !!!

0.0056 / 0.006 (14000 x 852000)

LOADED to the Ask/Sell-side again. STACKED !

IS that the "Japanese rubber company" or is that MAXM and how it's "going big" or what, LOL???? Just more dilution lending- that's what it is. CONVERTIBLE, FLOORLESS DEBT DEALS creating 10's and 10's if not 100 MILLION or more share of common dilution that end up right on the Ask/Sell-side, same old, same old IMO. What's changed now supposedly????????
