would probably find that the 10K was borrowed to pay a debt that was threatening action if they didn't receive some cash.
What is amazing to me and what you have to give credit to PL for is that he actually talked some sucker into putting 10K into a no bid POS scam.

You have to admit that is quite an accomplishment.
I don't think I could even ask to borrow money for NBRI with a straight face let alone convince someone to part with their cash.
Maybe someone needed a tax write off this year or something
