The process to serve the BoD of 1 via publication may have indeed begun; however, I do not believe this process to serve can progress or continue without a judge first granting this. I'm not aware if a judge has granted this or not.

I could be wrong about all this above!



Regardless, does anyone know if the BoD of 1 was served in yesterday's deposition of Exobox' 2nd PMK?

I believe once the BoD of 1 is served, the countdown begins for this BoD of 1 to answer the complaint. I'm guessing this countdown is 20 days.



Sure would be nice to know when and if this countdown for the BoD of 1 to answer the complaint begins.



I haven't felt this good about certain things since the Steelers last won the Super Bowl !!!!!!
