Absolutely nothing looks good here. This is a non-reporting company, attempting to market (for the second time) a product in a very competitive space, with no ability or resources to generate awareness or demand, and therefore no capacity to create significant sales.

as for the past things are not good! but we invest for the future !!

Those who bought in at 2 and 3 cents did the same, and their future was sub-pennyland. The CEO is incompetent, which will continue to forebode a bleak future.
