Well I'm always available , but with the unanswered emails and phone calls I've left over the years with these folks , I won't be holding my breath. Basic rules of accepted business behavior indicate that at a minimum you return a call or email, and say "thank you" when someone attempts to help or provides a service. This has never happened historically in my few attempts at contact with these folks over he past few years. Therefore I've quit trying.

Would even entertain flying out to visit their headquarters if I felt my un-edited posts, (good or bad) of my impressions would be considered objectively and not immediately trashed as fluff or hype.

My goal here is not to put a fresh coat of paint on a pig, nor to throw the baby out with the bathwater. I believe 2nd chances are earned , not given. After nearly 4 decades in business I've seen the worst and the best in customers, suppliers, partners and employess. My rule ( after I turned 40 and knew better) was to provide 1 chance after feeling screwed by someone. Experience has shown me that providing 2nd and3rd chances are a waste of time, and almost always result in another screwing. Same applies here.

Re-earning my trust would require concerted effort or verifiable , sharable facts.
