Just do the math on the numbers for the chart I linked you to, it shows the increase in Outstanding Shares each month. There is a Shares Authorized (1.8bil) and a Shares Outstanding (1.1bil). The true scam artists will have a huge number of Authorized shares so they can continue dumping them (ie, selling them to you and me to pay their salaries) to raise money but, once they run out of Authorized Shares, they turn around and do a reverse split and start over again - it should be criminal in my opinion.
