Even if there is new technology, amongst the myriad of new technology that KK has tried to commercialize and failed that stands up to legal scrutiny they do not have the funds to stay alive long enough for that to happen. Many years ago they almost had a sugar daddy in GE but that fell through with the credit crunch. They have tried unsuccessfully to find another all these years. Without a large cash infusion it really looks hopeless. As for any new patents, if they are in GERS name, they are probably in the collateral package for the note that YAGI can call any time it is to their benefit.
