You are correct, several panel members spoke quite clearly about that, including Doctors Seeley, Hiatt, and Rasmussen (non-voting industry representative), in addition to the two positive votes (Dr. Smith and I forget the name of the other).

By the way, if you want to know what happened at the adcom meeting, don't rely on the minutes. They are absolutely Orwellian, and completely misrepresent the remarkable events of that day. My letters of complaint about that were unanswered. Transcripts and video are available.
