RE, your first point, it is important for a successful 'restart' for B.I. that there are new formulations and subsequent lab work [testing] for this effort to have any chance for success, as I will explain. On your 3rd point, I'd say this. . . the Kyron reformulations are necessary since the new products need a better/specialized specification for successful sales/revenues. The companies now looking at these products require an extensive 'set' of testing to provide enough data to support the specifications necessary. . .Having been a QA Mgr and doing testing/lab work myself, I know this to be true.

I also know that with getting back into the body armor business for B.I. would have a much longer time frame for success and that would certain strain your/our patience worse. There have been new investors that have come on board at B.I. and they have chosen that their dollars focus on products that would likely have a quicker revenue stream and a higher margin of profit. IMO the new investors have pushed B.I. to other products, which in their opinion will have a better chance of success and a high probability and margin for their ROI dollars.

You are 100% correct that the lack of revenues prior to JB's incarceration is egregious and a shameful result for ALL of us who have lost the hard earned dollars due to our misplaced belief that we'd get some sort of reward for previous patience and support. It is also a result that JB needs to reverse.

To me it would have seem a bit more logical to kick start the body armor product channel and other armor 'types' first, however that does not seem to be the case. According to a neighbor who is a swat team member, as pricing has dropped for body armor, his allocation from the city has been reduced. This bit of info may have something to do with the decision at B.I. to not go with that product segment for the near term, since margins seem to be shrinking. With family in the Military, I'm hearing awful bits of info that have resulted from the budget sequester and has forced serious cut backs on procurement and lengthened tours of duty away from family by 50%. . . the point being, military [armor] sales are much tougher now.

Bottom line, I'd love for revenues and sales to be happening NOW and pushing up the PPS so I could at least dream/think about breaking even on this extended investment tour into the red. At this point, I'm and thinking much the same as you, but do know that if this 'wreck' is going to get fixed, it will take a different approach than before . . . At this point I'm willing to give it a chance to get fixed.
