This company is as legit as it gets? There is a major difference between having legitimacy and having morals and ethics. Anytime a CEO decides to reward himself with millions of dollars while stringing his shareholders on and devaluing his company to the point of insolvency, you have to ask "What the hell is going on?".
Both of these stocks have tumbled to a fraction of what they were a year ago. This phantom 'dividend' will materialize when it's worth nothing.
I don't know you from Adam and I may be wrong, but it looks like you have a vested interest in these companies other than just holding stock.
