Gater, it's basically and MM or a broker that is swapping shares from most likely two of their own clients for the same amount of shares. I don't like seeing it and I believe it's legal but in some cases it's not from what I've heard. When those shares trade, it will show up in time/sales on the tape but it won't reflect on the PPS up or down as in today. Hope that helps you out
