I totally agree Simpsonly. My example using estimates of 1 to 5% of possible market was definitely NOT based upon immediately after FDA OK. It will take some time for the masses to hear about, decipher, contemplate and accept this as an alternative to their pill popping. Trained animals tend to repeat without considering other alternatives. It will take some time to convince pain relief seekers that there IS a new way to treat your pain. It will not happen overnight. BUT with this discussion on pain relief, which definitely is ONE of the uses for the ACTIPATCH, let us not forget the proven results and use of PEMF in reducing swelling . By speeding up the "healing" period you shorten the pain timeline along with the INACTIVE timeline. That is a MAJOR selling point IMO. So many today are active participants in conditioning. The success of all the numerous workout "health clubs" are a result of such. We are all too familiar with the rapid decline in our conditioning after injury and swelling. Inactivity will deteriorate all or most that has been achieved . "All that work and it seems like you must start all over again". If that "downtime" could be shortened by our "gizmos", I see this as a HUGE selling point. Athletes administer PEMF TODAY to get back "on the field" faster, so I see this as a strong selling point to the many amateur and professional sports participants in this and other countries. That is why I have always envisioned a well known athlete "backing' (advertising) our products.
