Federal Judges...

I have been impressed by the smarts and tact of these judges. I wonder if they talk among themselves. The NCE featured some FDA ala mode BS regarding how they jettisoned "active ingredient" and substituted "active moiety" because congress is so stupid, and why did FDA have to go along with the congressional statutes. Clearly congress does not know much about this. Some of you with ties to congress might educate you reps to those facts.

This 1A judge must have read the Moss opinion which was pretty much a Yelp one star rating to FDA.

Now if this judge has read and understood the stuff that's in Amarin's reply, all the unbelievable treatment at the hands of FDA, hes going to be thinking this sounds like "Oliver Twist". You know the SPA being ask for by Amarin kind of like Oliver asking for more gruel.

What's the judge going to do? Is this really even possible in the USA?
