Yes, Intellect should put a PR out also. I don't see why Shire would prevent Intellect from putting a PR out. Intellect just can't put the PR out prematurely ahead of Shire. The two companies would coordinate such action. What I am saying is that right now they need all the help they can get putting the spotlight on what they have, esp when it comes from a company that trades on the Nasdaq. I've seen joint ventures where a positive PR by one company drew a lot of buying attention to both stocks.
