NK (NantKwest) IPO'd today on NASDAQ.
Although it was trading today, I was unable to buy shares and got the message:

Error: Unable to enter the order because the symbol entered is not a Listed or Nasdaq National Market security

Is there a restriction period before normal people are able to buy/sell shares after an IPO ??? This is completely new to me, I wasn't aware this was possible. It looked to be trading to me...
