Any reasonable person reading this in the April 16, 2014 press release:

The Company also reported that it is producing Injectable FluCide™, our most advanced drug candidate, at its existing facilities, in the large quantity needed for the Safety and Toxicology ("Tox Package") study.

would conclude that all the Flucide needed for tox was being produced at the existing facility. In fact, that's what everybody here at IHub assumed at the time. Which was why many people expected tox to be completed by the end of 2014. At no time did Dr. Seymour jump in and disabuse us of this incorrect notion.
