I looked at all of Brian Tuttle's filings. He is objecting to the sale of assets and claims that there are problems with the bidding process.

The problem with his filings is that he does not show what the assets are worth, plus there is no indication that any other potential bidder had any objections to the process or information.

I think if there really was a problem with the bids, that he would have been better off presenting information to other potential bidders and getting them to bid on the assets.

I expect that his motion for reconsideration will be denied since he does not state why the assets are worth more than what they went for.
