Africa Oil that has multiple large discoveries in multiple blocks in Kenya, with about a dozen wells drilled over a 3 year period and more scheduled to be drilled does not have a market cap of $1.5 billion. Yet some are saying ERHC will get there in anticipation of a single, partially funded well that has about a 25% chance of success. Reality plays no part in these types of claims.
