ERHE-with cash 1'500'000 they could pay off
the last one: easily.
My personal idea (call it my personal speculation)
is that they kept the cash at Erhe's home to
have a stronger point in case of the deal/investment.
So, maybe the rumor is only a rumor but must be
a reason for each & every steps the Management did.
they exactly know where they wanna arrive and they will
for them and for Erhe.

Also think (another spec of mine) that the investment in
OER is important as Oando is a drilling company
