Wouldn't this be the best time to buy? Load up before others load up? This is the lowest you can get. Yes it has a horrible history but if you load up now, you double your $$$ even if it only goes to .0002. What is everyone's reasoning on not to load up? I remember when it was .0001 and there were 100-200 million shares being bought.
