Yep, big game with the microcrap oil scams, and their paid P&Ds. Just a big game of playing musical chair chicken in the middle of the road. Who dumps their stock, and when?

It has nothing to do with oil. After Porter tires of playing the oil scam angle, he might consider buying a potato farm in Idaho. Change the ticker from BAYP to SPUD. Changing tickers causes microcrap scams to go up more often than not.
