But, I mean, why not just release some bullshit news (or, finally, the news about the new business direction and/or new ticket symbol that was supposed to have been done "shortly", going on 8 months ago ), thus pumping the price, and THEN dilute when the pps is a higher? Certainly, he can do much better than diluting @.0003.
