Mierto- Question- why does the volume slowing down signal you to buy?
I am kinda the opposite. I like lots of volume of course not down volume, but you know what i mean.
Does the low volume mean the HFT, and day traders are going away and now it can slowly rise instead of spike and crashing?
I am curious, and hoping to learn something.
For instance- i so not really think Trading analysis very well, but i like to understand what they are looking at. There are so many T/A traders that they become a self fullfilling prophecy. e.g. there is nothing significant about the 50 sma, other than crossing up on it shows a change in market behavior from the past. So its important but not because it is some magic number. However when people act on it, it then becomes an important number.
