If we found out tomorrow that the current management and BOD had been replaced by seasoned oil and gas and financial specialists, shareholders would be dancing in the streets and the share price would skyrocket.

I honestly don't believe a single person would rue the day they left. A few might still support them now just because they don't see the path to a viable alternative. But no honest person can say they have done a good job.
