The investor based shorts covered using the Russell Dump - that is why short interest dropped at end of June. The remaining shorts likely have a more sinister goal and expect VRNG to bankrupt OR they are part of the warfare being waged on stock price by our friends at ZTE and perhaps "other" legal enemies
