yes, early part of Q3 will be the release of DEFORM.
IMO before end of august. 'early Q3' cant mean September, as September is late Q3. august 15-31st isn't considered 'early' either. that's called 'middle of Q3'.

one month after the Q2 results sounds just about right. if anyone else notices, cola/witty love doing things in 15 / 30 day increments. Q2 results are next week, last PR was a little over a month ago, which to me narrows DEFORMs release to around august
14th.

my thinking is cola wants the Q2 meeting to be about Q2.. and not shadowed by the newly released DEFORM. I could be wrong; its happened once in my lifetime ..could happen again I suppose.

youd have to be really good at DD or a long long in sglb to remember back in 2011 when sglb was working with Alcoa. according to the PR, their little joint effort turned out really well.

fast forward in your delorean 4 years to today...
I wonder if during the past 4 years sglb has been continuing to work with Alcoa behind the scenes.

perhaps soon we will hear something related to their previous joint effort.

we have so much to look forward to it seriously isn't funny.

Donald Godfrey of Honeywell Aerospace is speaking at ASME august 3-5th. Brent Stucker of 3dSIM will be there as well, as well as many many other important people.. soooo.. maybe DEFORM will come out BEFORE august 3rd so that it can be talked about at the conference!
