i dont know exactly the answers to 2 & 3 but for answer 1. yes thats exactly what JWW is implying.

his dd for this topic implies it was a bid for the right to purchase assets.

go thru his prior posts. very interesting indeed

for answers 2 & 3 im not sure of the correct answer. but i will say this. according to our PA&A we have received book value for all those assets you speak of.

only time will tell what we get for it but it doesn't look like we got screwed

i use to have a problem with the GSA Por7 and the PA&A but lately with all the amazing DD looks like were getting book value.

we just have to wait for claims to be finished.

its a long time to wait but it is it is.
