Let me say your posts were very interesting so I have some questions.
1. Are you saying that $1.88 billion was just a deposit to secure the option to buy?
2. Who determines the book value?
3. Who determines if and more importantly WHEN that book value gets paid and to who?
Unfortunately 99.9% of what's written here hasn't come to fruition and of course 7 years later we ALL wait for $$$$ to start (IF EVER) to flow to escrows...
When July ends without anything happening certain posters will begin a new round of speculation, theories and post dates, however we won't see any apologies.

ROCKIE unfortunately when you ask why nothing has happened in July its the same premise as to why escrows were not converted to LTI's in April as was all but guaranteed by the one that loves his escrows.

Again a premise and theory that the shareholders meeting was brought forward because something SIGNIFICANT to escrows or a merger was going to happen, HASNT MATERIALIZED. WHY?

The premise that there's no obstacles to stop everything moving forward. HASNT'T PRODUCED ONE CINTILA OF AN ACTION TO SUGGEST $$$$ ARE READY TO COME TO ESCROW HOLDERS....

THE FACTS REMAIN THAT ALL POSTERS HERE ARE NOT PRIVY TO INSIDE INFORMATION AND THEREFORE THEIR POSTS ARE COMPLETE GUESSWORK AS TIME AND EVENTS HAVE CLEARLY SHOWN.
IMHO (and I know zero, but at least I admit it) I just don't buy that anything is going to happen in 2015 to escrows.
I hate to say it but 2018 maybe a date that these scumbags have got their eyes on for whatever reason. I don't believe either there's no more obstacles OTHERWISE we'd be seeing $$$$ in our accounts.
I'm already thinking end of July will end up with a HUGE NOTHING and then we're left with endless posts of WHY NOTHING IS HAPPENING AND NEW DATES BY POSTERS FINDING EXCUSES FOR INCOMPETENCE AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS.
WE'LL SEE POSTS ABOUT LOVING ESCROWS AND YADA YADA YADA SBOUT THOSE WHO QUESTION ANYTHING NOT HAVING ANY???
