SullyinFL thank you so much! super concise information, I appreciate it! I'm assuming this recent SEC filing is good news as it indicates that Putnam wants more Aria shares, but is not allowed (because of poison pill?) just trying to put the pieces together, trading is not my dayjob :) thanks again!
