Afloat? No bid, zero volume, and 200 million on the ask? About to be a 1000 to 1 reverse split? This things flatlining...you think its still afloat?...Sooum needs to change their pace and drop some info (Gov contracts) if this isn't gonna implode post RS and free fall fast...
