I, among many, can't wait to read Google's SCOTUS reply. I bet there's less derogatory language now that we've connected them to ZTE's smear campaign.
I'm thrilled beyond words that "documents that defendants ZTE Corporation and ZTE USA Inc. (collectively, “ZTE”) have claimed are privileged and were inadvertently produced", were produced.
I really wish I could have heard the conversation that took place after. "Uh, Mr Google Leader, we, uh, well we uh, how can I say this, we uh.......".
I'm pretty happy with our chaps at Vringo.
