Saenz has earned a much better reputation than Luther and this Turner person (whoever he was). It is possible that Jorge does not yet have the means to acquire a public company and since he was all set to enter PRPM last year anyway, it was a better start up opportunity? Gee, could that be it? Come on. We are treating Jorge Saenz like he is Luther. Enough. The man has not done anything to deserve being put in that league.

Yes, I believe that the dividends to insiders will be retired. I 100% believe that. I'd like to also believe that Jorge is not going to sit here and allow any dirty play to go on in the background. He has value and I'd surely hate to see who the person would be to try and fill his shoes if he left. I think that you need to consider that this is more of a "Jorge does not need Eddie and Eddie needs Jorge."

Oh yeah....he's going to toss 500-600 million shares out the window and retire them is the latest BS ... AGAIN...if Jorge could do so well with HIS company and he knows the people well at Canna,WHY would either one of them get in bed with Eddie Vakser?
