Timothy Blair is not your typical stock investor. As a 16-year-old high school drop-out, he invested $3,000 borrowed from his Dad and turned it into a $26,250,000 portfolio.

Although Blair's returns are astonishing, they took only about a year to occur. He went from trading on his bedroom computer to driving a Ferrari to work.

What makes Blair's story even more remarkable is that he's dyslexic. But this hasn't prevented him from buying a waterfront apartment, or purchasing a $20,000 Rolex for his dad.

Blair capitalizes on market fluctuations that others don't see coming.

However, Wall Street Economist Keith Fitz-Gerald has his own formula for making money on the same swings in the market.

A regular guest on Fox Business and CNBC, Fitz-Gerald has created an algorithm which pinpoints stocks exactly when they are about to soar upwards.

Forbes is calling him a "business visionary."

Fitz-Gerald is a veteran of Wilshire Associates - a leading investment management firm that manages trillions in capital.

"You will, with 100% certainty, only buy stocks that are going up," he said.

Fitz-Gerald's latest video reveals details on the next stock to have a "buy" alert.
