You have missed the point of this dividend. This is not to "entice" new investors to buy PRPM shares. Gosh, I don't think that anyone would want PRPM shares for free right now. This split dividend is for existing PRPM shareholders who held for 1 year of the DTCC issue. It's not for new investors coming off the street clamoring to buy into a 10.6 billion share count.

of course there is no expiration date for the second dividend--they'll promise it until the sun burns out if they can suck in the GULLIBLE.

In PR it clearly states the record date of 9/15 meaning a payout in another two weeks--Or about 60-70 days from now
