As I recall the bank would not acknowledged that Vropro was the owner of Alpha because there was no recording the transfer of ownership. One might conclude they were not notified of the stock for property exchange either. When a bank holds a mortgage on property they have to approve the new owner who would be assuming the loan. Just MHO.
