I don't think any PR will drive the stock up until the financials! Good financials and a PR, along with good results, will move it some! Long term (1-2) years, assuming they keep growing and the Government doesn't screw things up with this industry, we should be back to dollar land. Also, I don't think it will happen, but if Obama changes the classification, that will be a big boost for the industry. I think investors are worried about the next election and next administration.
