I would have thought after the restructure,Pfizer settlement that would have been the first order of business to retain a IR person.

Really and I don't care whom but Jules could walk right in and of course he knows the business cause not much changed other then the pecking order and whom is holding the controlling interest of the company today and he has contacts which is important for one to understand.

I agree you make some vaild points but Rome was not built in a day.No I don't think Maza needs anyone to hold his hands while he swims through shark infested waters.Just look at his biography business history.I know exactly your point and I knew it would get back to Chain.I also know how to swim through them shark infested waters and how to fish.

This is why I say Maza is the right person for the job but the insiders have to fund the correct course not a nickle and dime at a time cause time is everything in this business.

Mr. Maza was a partner at Ernst and Young LLP and a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, Inc. and JP Morgan Securities, Inc. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Maza served on the board of Tapestry Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a listed development stage company focused on developing proprietary therapies for the treatment of cancer. From 1985 to April 1989, Mr. Maza practiced law at Sullivan and Cromwell LLP in New York. Mr. Maza received a B.A. in accounting from Touro College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Maza is a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
