Record date established as of 7/15 according to Saenz. It will take effect whenever FINRA signs their name. No one tells FINRA to move faster, not even the SEC. That how it always works with dividends. What I am not sure of is if the 144 rule runs 12 months from record date or actual disbursement date.

Point Taken, so when is the dividend?
