LaserGuy do you know if a Judge has the ability to unwind stuff that has been done by the BoD if it's found that the BoD didn't have the proper authorization of its shareholders to do stuff (like issue shares of stock to pay off legal debts incurred for suing shareholders)?

And do you know if it's legal for 1 sole officer & director of a publicly traded company to sell or issue that company's stock for the purpose of paying any legal fees regarding any litigation against that company's own stock holders?
