How can anyone hate PRPM management because of FINRA's rule for dividends? The company does not have options. A non reporter has to issue dividends via rule 144 which is a 12 month restriction. There is no 2nd option. You are getting exactly what you were promised: a dividend in SUTI based on 20 for 1 and a record date of 7/15/2015.

The more I learn about the management, the more I hate them. Essentially, we are not getting squat
